Shipping and Delivery

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This page explains how delivery works on MnBaladna. Availability, timing and fees depend on the store and your address. MnBaladna is a marketplace. The store prepares the order. Delivery drivers bring it to you, by bicycle, e-bike, motor or car.

You can order on mnbaladna.com, in the MnBaladna Android app, or in the web app at web.mnbaladna.com (also for iPhone). Current details are in delivery zones, fees and tracking. For shopping in general, see ordering Arab and halal products in the Netherlands.

1. What this policy covers

It covers orders in Grocery, Food, Shop and Pharmacy across 371 delivery zones in the Netherlands. Each store serves its own area. The stores you see depend on the delivery address you enter. We do not promise one delivery time or one delivery price for the whole country.

2. How you can receive an order

  • Order for now. The estimated time is shown for that store before you pay.
  • Schedule a slot. Where the store offers it, choose a 60-minute slot during that store’s opening hours.
  • Takeaway. Some stores let you collect the order. If delivery is not available for your address, takeaway may still be offered.

There is no separate express, standard or same-day product on this page. What you can choose is what that store shows at checkout.

3. Fees

The delivery fee is based on the distance between the store and your address, with a minimum. Rates differ by store and zone. A small service charge may also apply. The exact charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Takeaway orders do not have a delivery fee.

We do not publish a national free-delivery threshold or a fixed fee band on this page. Pay only the amounts shown for your order.

4. Tracking

Open My Orders to see the status. After the driver collects the order, you can follow the driver on the map and use chat or a call from the order screen. When the driver arrives, give the delivery code shown on the order only to that driver.

If an order is late, check My Orders first, then contact the store in chat.

5. If something is wrong on delivery

Check the items when the driver arrives. If an item is wrong, different from what you ordered, damaged or defective, request a refund from that order, as described in the refund policy and in how to cancel or request a refund. This page does not promise a replacement, store credit, or a fixed number of hours to report a problem. Report it as soon as you can, and keep the item and its packaging while the request is handled.

Cancelling before the store prepares the order is in the cancellation policy.

6. Your rights

Dutch and EU consumer law still applies where it gives you a right this page does not repeat. Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top is the latest version. Related pages: the terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the cancellation policy and the refund policy.
